74. Leadership Lessons (with Steven Mintert)
Today’s episode is an interview with Steven Mintert who spent 38 years of his career at Kraft Heinz (and all the iterations of the Kraft company throughout his career.) He worked in several different Information Technology leadership positions in plants and at headquarters. He was responsible for regional operations, global programs, and global operational roles. He is a leader who is known for how much he cares about his people, building relationships, someone who gets things done, isn’t afraid to ask the hard questions of his leadership team and finds a way to make an impact.
