76. Slowing Down to Speed Up
Today’s podcast is focused on slowing down in order to speed up. You might ask yourself why on earth would I slow down when there is so much to do? It is natural to think that way, but you can be so much more productive, strategic and even happier when you give yourself time to reflect and plan. I am sure you are thinking…seriously? 71. Maintaining a Neutral Mindset
