This client needed to present information to their senior leadership team. When a client has a big presentation, we will talk about how it could help their visibility. These are great opportunities to get in front of senior management and help you stand out from your peers. It needs to show your strategic side and be planned out though. This isn’t the time to wing it.

Today’s episode is about your identity. It is a word that we all know, but have you considered in terms of how you define it for yourself? Think about a situation when you meet someone new and introduce yourself. If you are in a professional setting, you give your name and then you talk about your profession and the company you work for. In a personal setting, you may use other ways to identify yourself, mother, father, wife, husband, sister, brother, son, daughter, cousin, friend. But are any of these identities who you really are?
