Sheri Zevenbergen has 20 plus years of experience in corporate environments. She began in public accounting, then moved into various leadership roles in the financial services industry, focused primarily on operations & global project delivery. Now she is the Founder & CEO of her own company called The DASH Mindset. As a coach, she is helping leaders reveal their inner genius & unlock their full potential by leveraging an assessment called YouMap and coaching her clients to fully engage in their lives & careers. She is a self-professed travel junkie and loves to get out of her comfort zone, broaden her mind and see new and different ways of doing things. Nicole Weyer is a coach, podcaster, and educator at her core. She has an M.A. in International & Intercultural Management and is the founder of Root to Rise Coaching. Nicole stepped out of the Dean’s Office on a mission to transform educational institutions from ones that foster depletion to ones that promote emotional and physical wellness, nurture healthy organizational cultures, and honor our individual needs.

Mike Green believes that leaders are made in the wild. In all environments, no matter how extreme, there is a shared fundamental need: people who are brave enough to discover their leadership truth. Throughout his 30 years of working and traveling around 63 countries throughout all seven continents, he has documented over 11,000 hours of coaching along the way. His book Wandermust, A Hero’s Journey To Seven Truths chronicles some of his travels as well as how he coaches clients in the outdoors.
Mike earned the Master Certified Coach accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, which is the highest standard for coaching. He lives and breathes his own philosophy and has learned to have the courage to experience the wilds of the world and the growth that comes from stepping into the unknown and finding your leadership truth. Mike lives in the Interior of Alaska with his wife of ten years and his two boys.

Adalina East, M.S., is an international lecturer, mental health expert, multi-dimensional mentor, and leadership coach, working with a global clientele to recover from trauma and bring forth innovation. Founder of Transformational Healing™, Adalina draws upon her neuroscience and counseling backgrounds, as well as her spiritual gifts to lead others through a spirit-driven process to retrain their brains, creating profound change. Adalina’s decade-long career with the United Nations and other humanitarian aid organizations brought her to serve thousands of people in eight countries to overcome trauma and lead others to do the same.

Jena Kinney is a Master Certified Insight Coach and Speaker that focuses on helping executives, managers and key decision makers accelerate the trajectory of their leadership in their organizations. Utilizing distinctions, she works with clients by helping them see what is keeping them from being the leader they want to be and helps them dial in small shifts that change everything.
Today Jena works with clients in various capacities, whether in 1:1 coaching, groups or helping teams in workshops. Before launching her coaching and consulting business, Jena worked for 20+ years in the specialty chemicals sector, with direct oversight in various senior marketing and sales roles including an international assignment in Asia for over four years. While most of her experience was in the beauty sector, she also spent several years in the pharmaceutical and home care sectors.

We have taken some time away from the last two impostor syndrome types from The Visibility Factor book to have some great conversations with leaders. Today we are going to talk about the 5th type which is called Delayer and Avoider - also known as procrastination.
The word procrastination means “the act of delaying or postponing something.” With this type of impostor syndrome more than any other, people will use any means possible to stop themselves from doing something that makes them feel vulnerable to judgment or criticism.
